摘  要:早期建造的水电站机组由于运行时间久、设备老化等原因亟需进行改造。本文介绍了刘家峡255MW水轮发电机改造前的不足,针对不足给出了增容改造方案。改造后的运行实践结果表明,改造大大降低了发电机组的通风损耗,改善了温度均匀度,刘家峡水轮发电机的成功改造为类似老旧机组改造提供了参考。The hydropower stations built in the early stage need to be reformed urgently due to the long operation time of the units,aging equipment and other reasons.This paper introduces the deficiencies of Liujiaxia 255MW hydro-generator before the renovation,and gives a capacity-increasing renovation scheme for the deficiencies.The operation result after the renovation shows that the ventilation loss of the generator set is greatly reduced and the temperature uniformity is improved.The successful renovation of Liujiaxia hydro-generator provides a reference for similar old units.
