摘 要:针对水泵水轮机转轮叶片一直处于水下,无法随时检查其是否存在严重破损情况的问题,本文提出了一种通过在水泵水轮机外特性上选取水泵水轮机出力/入力、流量、水头/扬程以及将根据上述参数计算出的水泵水轮机的实际效率作为评价依据,与对应工况下的相应理论值进行比较,以对应不同特征量的多组水泵水轮机转轮叶片严重破损判据的方式计算上述特征量理论值与实际测量值的差异,最终根据本文提出的水泵水轮机转轮叶片严重破损判定规则判断水泵水轮机转轮叶片是否发生了严重破损故障的方法。该方法对于保证水泵水轮机的安全稳定运行和及时发现水泵水轮机转轮叶片上严重破损故障的发生、避免产生更严重的连带事故具有重要意义。Picked has been underwater for pump turbine runner blades can't check it whether there is a serious damage of reality,this paper proposes a selection on the outside the pump turbine characteristic pump turbine output/into force,flow,head,head and according to the above parameters are calculated according to the actual efficiency of pump turbine as evaluation,compared with corresponding theoretical value of the corresponding conditions and take corresponding to different characteristics of severe damage criterion of multiple sets of pump turbine runner blades way of calculating the differences in the theoretical value of the characteristic and the actual measured value,finally according to the proposed severely damaged pump turbine runner blades decision rule to determine whether a water pump turbine runner blade suffered serious damage.This method is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of pump turbine,to detect the serious damage fault on the runner blade of pump turbine in time,and to avoid more serious joint accidents.
