摘 要:通过对组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统的拼装方案存储和误差分析进行研究,提出一种基于节点树的拼装实例存储方法,其能较好地解决组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统拼装方案占用空间大、利用效率低、系统冗余严重、可靠性差等问题。将误差分析计算模块引入组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统中,可实现对拼装方案精度的实时评估,及时判断拼装方案精度是否满足要求,进一步提高实用性。最后,基于PRO/E Wildfire5.0开发了该系统,并验证存储方法和误差分析计算的可行性。By studying the assembly scheme storage and error analysis of the modular fixture computeraided assembly system,a method of assembly case storage based on node tree is proposed,which can better solve the problems of large space occupation,low utilization efficiency,serious system redundancy and poor reliability of the assembly scheme of the modular fixture computer-aided assembly system.The error analysis and calculation module is introduced into the computer aided assembly system of modular fixture,which can realize the real-time evaluation of the accuracy of the assembly scheme,judge whether the accuracy of the assembly scheme meets the requirements in time,and further improve the practicability.Finally,the system is developed based on PRO/E Wildfire5.0,and the feasibility of storage method and error analysis is verified.
