摘  要:为解决传统人工布线方法因布线效率低、布线路径无法事先可视化导致的产品布线错误率高的问题。本研究运用CREO/Cabling模块对电气柜三维结构模型进行整机布线仿真设计,从而提高电气设备整机中线缆的布线效率和质量。首先,分析电气柜传统串行设计存在的缺点,指出采用三维布线仿真技术在产品设计和生产制造阶段带来的优势;其次,给出整机三维布线设计流程及布线前的准备工作和注意事项;最后,通过对电气柜布线流程的操作及工程图纸的处理,对采用CREO三维布线技术在产品研制及制造过程中能优化产品设计进行验证,在提高布线质量的同时,可指导实际生产,从而实现样机的虚拟制造。In order to solve the problem of high error rate of product wiring caused by low wiring efficiency and inability to visualize the wiring path in advance in traditional manual wiring methods.In this study,CREO/Cabling module is used to simulate the wiring of the three-dimensional structure model of the electrical cabinet,so as to improve the wiring efficiency and quality of the cable in the electrical equipment.Firstly,the shortcomings of traditional serial design of electrical cabinet are analyzed,and the advantages of using three-dimensional wiring simulation technology in product design and manufacturing stage are pointed out.Secondly,the three-dimensional wiring design process of the whole machine and the preparation work and precautions before wiring are given.Finally,through the operation of the wiring process of the electrical cabinet and the processing of the engineering drawings,it is verified that the CREO three-dimensional wiring technology can optimize the product design in the product development and manufacturing process.While improving the wiring quality,it can guide the actual production,so as to realize the virtual manufacturing of the prototype.
