基于“城水相融”的城市河道生态治理措施探析

摘　　要：城市河道是城市的“血管”,具有输送营养和维持代谢的作用。然而,随着城市化进程的快速推进,城市河道的负担日益加重,大多数河道仅仅考虑河道的疏浚功能,将其当作“泄洪渠”进行简单硬化、渠道化,破坏了河道原有的生态平衡和净化能力,出现了内河“粥样硬化、血管堵塞”等症状,生态退化及水质污染十分严重,黑臭水体随处可见,严重影响了城市的景观和品质。近年来,自然型生态河道修复理念被许多国家大力推广应用,但因自然型河道占地和投资较大,且抗蚀能力及泄洪能力相对较弱,在一些用地紧张且资金短缺的城市很难得以实施。所以,如何在最大限度节省投资及用地的前提下,构建防洪与生态功能兼顾的河道,是探讨的重点。本研究对六盘水水城河治理方案进行剖析,提出了适用于城市的经济适用型河道生态治理措施,以期为构建“城水相融”的宜居环境提供参考与借鉴。Urban river is the "blood vessel" of the city,which has the function of transporting nutrition and maintaining metabolism.However,with the rapid progress of urbanization,the burden of urban rivers has become increasingly heavy.Most rivers only consider the dredging function of rivers and treat them as "flood discharge channels" for simple hardening and channelization,which destroys the original ecological balance and purification capacity of rivers.There are symptoms such as "atherosclerosis and vascular blockage" in inland rivers.Ecological degradation and water pollution are very serious,and black and smelly water bodies can be seen everywhere,It has seriously affected the landscape and quality of the city.In recent years,the concept of natural ecological river restoration has been vigorously promoted and applied by many countries.However,in the process of implementation,the natural river covers a large area and investment,and its anti-corrosion capacity and flood discharge capacity are relatively weak.It is difficult to implement in some cities with land shortage and capital shortage.Therefore,how to construct a river channel with both flood control and ecological functions under the premise of maximizing investment and land use is the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of Liupanshui Shuicheng river treatment scheme,the paper puts forward the economic and applicable river ecological treatment measures applicable to the city,so as to provide reference and reference for the construction of a livable environment of "Harmony between city and water".
