摘　　要：聚氨酯粉末涂料无毒、无污染且具有优良的物理机械性能,已经在汽车、建材和家电等领域获得了广泛应用。本研究旨在对全球聚氨酯粉末涂料的专利申请和技术分支的深入分析,充分了解其技术发展现状,以期为相关领域人员提供一定的参考。通过精准设定关键词在专利数据库中进行搜索,统计分析了申请和授权量趋势、专利申请的分布情况;并对目标专利进行分类,整理出三个聚氨酯粉末涂料技术分支。基于上述研究工作可以看出,全球聚氨酯粉末涂料行业发展迅速,我国虽然起步晚,但政策支持力度大,具有较大的发展前景。Polyurethane powder coating is non-toxic,pollution-free with excellent physical and mechanical properties,and It has been widely used in automobile,building materials and household appliances.The purpose of this paper is to thoroughly analyze the patent application and technical branch of polyurethane powder coating in the world,and fully understand its technical development status,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.By setting precise keywords to search in the patent database,the trend of application and authorization volume and the distribution of patent applications are statistically analyzed.In addition,the target patents were classified and three technical branches of polyurethane powder coating were sorted out.Based on the above research work,it can be seen that the global polyurethane powder coating industry is developing rapidly,and it will have a great prospect for development with the help of a large policy support although China started later than Occident.
