摘 要:SF气体绝缘开关设备内部存在潜伏性故障时,会产生微量的气体分解产物。当330 kV及以上电压等级的SF开关设备大体积气室充气量达到上百千克时,分解产物的浓度会被稀释至ppb量级,而现有检测设备检测限为ppm量级,分解产物浓度低于检测设备检测限,导致无法检测其浓度含量。为将大体积气室SF开关设备中分解产物组分含量提升至ppm量级,该文基于低温冷阱富集原理,提出低温冷阱加压富集的方法,研制了一种SF分解产物富集系统。实验表明,该系统对SO、HS、CO、CO、CF、CF、CF有良好富集效果,平均富集倍数分别可达27.1、103.2、190.8、88.4、62.7、13.1、67.7倍,重复性分别为34.25%、10.06%、6.15%、16.28%、7.80%、4.30%、16.25%,满足对330 k V及以上电压等级SF开关设备大气室中SF分解产物的检测需求。When there is a latent fault in an SFgas insulated switchgear,a small amount of gas decomposition products will be produced.When the gas volume of the large volume chamber of the SFswitchgear with voltage level of 330 kV and above reaches a hundred or hundreds of kilograms,the concentration of decomposition products will be diluted to the ppb level,much beyond the detection limit of the existing ppmlevel detection equipment,and the concentration of decomposition products is lower than the detection limit of the detection equipment so that the concentration cannot be detected.To increase the component content of decomposition products in the SFswitchgear with large volume gas chamber to the level of ppm,a method of low-temperature cold trap pressurized enrichment is proposed based on the principle of low-temperature cold trap enrichment,and an SFdecomposition product enrichment system is developed.Experiments show that the system has a good enrichment effect on SOHS,CO,CO,CF,CF,and CF.The average enrichment factors can reach 27.1,103.2,190.8,88.4,62.7,13.1 and 67.7 times respectively,and the repeatability is34.25%,10.06%,6.15%,16.28%,7.80%,4.30%,and16.25%respectively,which meets the detection requirements of SFdecomposition products in the large volume chamber of the SFswitchgear with voltage level of 330 kV and above.
