摘 要:针对规模化电动汽车充电负荷对配电网的不利影响,提出一种考虑了保护灵敏性的配电网接纳电动汽车充电负荷能力的评估方法。对不同类型电动汽车的充电负荷进行建模,在以系统容量、节点电压偏差作为电动汽车充电负荷接纳能力限制条件的基础上,考虑配电线路保护灵敏性,分析配电网接纳电动汽车充电负荷的能力;通过计算流过保护的最大负荷电流,对比最大负荷电流的最小值,以确定影响配电网接纳电动汽车的限制因素,得出配电网接纳电动汽车的规模;采用改进的IEEE-33节点配电网,仿真3种不同的案例,得到不同场景下电动汽车的最大接入规模。For the adverse impact of large-scale electric vehicle charging load on distribution networks,an evaluation method of distribution network receiving electric vehicle charging load considering protection sensitivity is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the charging load of different types of electric vehicles is modeled. Secondly,on the basis of taking the system capacity and node voltage deviation as the limiting conditions of electric vehicle charging load acceptance capacity,considering the protection sensitivity of distribution line,the ability of distribution network to accept electric vehicle charging load is analyzed. By calculating the maximum load current flowing through the protection and comparing the minimum value of the maximum load current, the limiting factors affecting the acceptance of electric vehicles in the distribution network are determined,and the scale of electric vehicles in the distribution network is obtained. Finally, the improved ieee-33 node distribution network is used to simulate three different cases,and the maximum access scale of electric vehicles in different scenarios is obtained.
