浅谈医院医学工程部门文化建设

摘　　要：医学工程科是医院一个重要的职能部门,对医学装备管理工作顺利开展起着重要作用,为临床等各部门提供合格的医疗设备、卫生材料、专业的技术服务,以保证医院的正常运作。完善的制度、良好的人际关系、积极的精神面貌、专业的服务水平均是医工文化的重要组成部分。在医工学科发展中,部门文化发挥着创新理念、规范行为、提高素质、提升效率的重要作用,逐步成为提升医工综合实力的重要举措。加强医工部门文化建设,可带动各项工作的高效开展,巩固创新体制、提升业务水平、树立良好形象、服务科学发展。文章围绕医院医学工程部门文化建设进行多角度阐述,以期为其他部门文化建设提供参考依据。Medical equipment department is an important functional department of the hospital,which provides qualified medical equipment,sanitary materials and professional technical services for clinical departments and other departments to ensure the normal operation of the hospital.In other words,medical engineering plays an important role in the development of medical equipment management.Perfect system,good interpersonal relationship,positive mental outlook and professional service level are all essential components of medical engineering culture.In the development of the medical engineering department,departmental culture plays an important role in innovating ideas,standardizing behavior,improving quality,and improving efciency,and has gradually become an important measure to enhance the comprehensive strength of medical-engineering.Strengthening the cultural construction of the medical and industrial departments can drive the efficient development of various tasks,consolidate the innovation system,improve the business level,establish a good image,and serve scientific development.This article focuses on the cultural construction of the medical engineering department from multiple perspectives,in order to provide a reference for the cultural construction for other departments.
