摘  要:目的 通过对GBZ 2.1和相关检测方法标准对比分析,为国家职业卫生标准制(修)订工作提供依据。方法 标准GBZ 2.1中涉及的有害因素职业接触限值(包括化学因素、粉尘因素和生物因素)和职业接触生物限值分别建立数据库,与相关检测方法标准进行分析比较。结果 化学因素中257个有独立的GBZ/T160/300检测方法,有限值无相应检测方法 38个;粉尘因素有6个配套的检测方法,方法测定的内容和GBZ 2.1限值要求基本一致;生物因素有检测方法标准1个,无相应监测方法 2个;职业接触生物限值的生物监测方法标准有34个,无相应生物监测方法7个。结论 此文可为完善我国职业健康标准体系提供基础数据。Objective To analyse the correspondence between GBZ 2.1 and occupational health related standards and to provide a basis for further improving development and revision in China’s occupational health standard.Methods The databases of hazard factors occupational exposure limits(including chemical factors,dust factors and biological factors) and occupational exposure biological limits in standard GBZ 2.1 were established,and compared with the relevant test method standards.Results Chemical factors in GBZ 2.1 were available 257 standards detection method in GBZ/T 160/300,but 38chemical factors had no available standards detection method,dust factors were available 6 standards of dust concentration determination methods which can primarily meet the requirements of GBZ 2.1.Biological factors were available 1 standard of determination method,while another 2 factors had no test method standard.There were 34standards detection method of biological monitoring,however another 7 factors were without biological monitoring methods.Conclusion It is suggested to provide a reference for the formulation and revision of occupational health standards in China.
