三层共挤膜材质营养袋对全肠外营养液中维生素C的影响

摘　　要：目的探究全肠外营养(total parenteral nutrition,TPN液中实行三层共挤膜材质营养袋对维生素C造成的影响。方法实验时间为2019年1—12月,以三层共挤膜材质营养袋为研究对象,分别在三层共挤膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer,EVA)、聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)材质的营养袋配置处方完全相同的全肠外营养液,并观察放置0、2、4、6、8、24 h后的外观、pH值及维生素C含量情况。结果使用pH计进行pH值测量。比较可知,三组各时间点全肠外营养液外观组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组各时间点维生素C含量组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着时间的延长,三组维生素C含量均逐渐下降,且A、B两组减少与C组相比更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组各时间点pH值组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为随时间延长,pH值增加。结论24 h内,含有维生素C的全肠外营养液在三层共挤膜材质营养袋中较为稳定,可推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of applying three-layer co extruded membrane nutrition bags in total parenteral nutrition(TPN)on vitamin C.Methods From January to December 2019,we paid attention to the nutrition bag of three-layer co-extrusion film material as the study object.During the three-layer co-extrusion film,ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and polyvinyl chloride(vinyl chloride).PVC bags were prepared with the same formula of total parenteral nutrition solution,and the appearance,pH value and vitamin C content were observed after 0,2,4,6,8,and 24 h of placement.Results The pH value was measured by pH meter.There was no significant difference in the appearance of TPN solution among the three groups at each time point(P>0.05).There were significant differences in vitamin C content among the three groups at each time point(P<0.05).With the prolongation of time,the content of vitamin C in the three groups gradually decreased,and the reduction in groups A and B was more significant than that in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in pH values among the three groups at each time point(P<0.05),and the pH values increased with time.Conclusion The total parenteral nutrition solution containing vitamin C is stable in the three-layer co-extruded film material nutrition bag within 24 h and can be widely used.
