摘 要:为获得低成本、高催化活性和长寿命的电积锰用PbO_(2)电极,利用电化学沉积法和烧结法在碳纤维基体上添加底层和中间层制得碳纤维/Ni-CoO_(x)/Sn-SbO_(x)/β-PbO_(2)-CNT复合电极,采用恒电流极化曲线、Tafel曲线等电化学手段对电极的催化活性及耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明:制备的碳纤维电极是以Ni-CoO_(x)为底层、Sn-SbO_(x)为中间层、β-PbO_(2)-CNT为表面活性层。添加Ni-CoO_(x)底层和Sn-Sb O_(x)中间层使得PbO_(2)表面活性层与碳纤维的连接更紧密,并在β-PbO_(2)表面活性层添加碳纳米管对电极的耐腐性性能、析氯电位、电催化活性都有明显改善。In order to obtain PbO_(2) electrode with low cost,high catalytic activity and long life for manganese electrowinning,a carbon fiber/Ni-Co O_(x)/Sn-Sb O_(x)/β-PbO_(2)-CNT composite electrode was prepared by adding bottom and intermediate layers on the carbon fiber substrate through electrochemical deposition and sintering.Galvanostatic polarization curve,Tafel curve and other electrochemical methods were em-ployed to study the catalytic activity and corrosion resistance of the electrode.Results showed that the as-prepared carbon fiber electrode had a bottom layer of Ni-Co O_(x),an intermediate layer of Sn-SbO_(x),and a surface active layer ofβ-PbO_(2)-CNT.Adding Ni-Co O_(x) bottom layer and Sn-Sb O_(x) intermediate layer made the connection between the PbO_(2) surface active layer and the carbon fiber closer,and adding carbon nanotubes into theβ-PbO_(2) surface active layer improved the corrosion resistance,chlorine evolution potential and electrocatalysis activity of the electrode.
