摘  要:水下目标壳体对超疏水微结构表面涂层性能有明确技术指标要求,且其性能对水下目标航行阻力影响较大。根据超疏水涂层合成原理,合成了聚氨酯疏水树脂、氟改性SiO_(2)粒子填料,制备了基于聚氨酯树脂、含硅树脂和含氟树脂等3种超疏水微结构表面涂层,确定了各涂层的主要组分与制备工艺。开展了3种超疏水涂层性能试验评估,对比分析了涂层厚度、硬度、附着力、静动态疏水角、表面微观形貌、耐磨性、耐海水浸泡、耐盐雾、热稳定等多项性能指标。结果表明:F660+8%SiO_(2)组分的含硅树脂超疏水涂层综合性能最佳,为进一步开展水下目标壳体超疏水微结构表面涂层样机阻力试验提供了依据。The underwater target shell has clear technical requirements for the performance of the superhydrophobic microstructure surface coating which has great influences on the navigation resistance of the underwater target. Polyurethane hydrophobic resin and fluorine modified SiO_(2) particle filler were synthesized according to the synthetic principle of superhydrophobic coating. Three kinds of superhydrophobic microstructure surface coatings including those based on polyurethane hydrophobic resin, silicon-containing resin and fluorine-containing resin were prepared, and the main components and preparation process of each coating were confirmed. Furthermore, the performance of the three superhydrophobic coatings was tested and evaluated, and their performance indicators were compared and analyzed, such as the thickness, hardness, adhesion, static and dynamic hydrophobic angles, surface microstructure, wear resistance, seawater immersion resistance, salt spray resistance and thermal stability. Results showed that the F660 + 8%SiO_(2) silicone-containing superhydrophobic coating possessed the best comprehensive performance. This would provide a basis for further resistance test of underwater target shell with superhydrophobic microstructure surface coating.
