摘 要:合金化调控是提高低合金结构钢耐蚀性的有效手段,不同种类的合金元素对钢材的耐蚀性的影响规律不同。为了探寻提高钢材耐蚀性能的有效方法,系统总结了合金元素在钢中的分布规律,及其对钢材耐蚀性的影响机制与规律,并展望了我国新一代耐蚀钢的调控研究方向,期望能为我国低合金结构钢耐蚀性调控理论的发展及新一代耐蚀低合金钢的研发提供理论参考。Alloying control is an effective method to improve the corrosion resistance of low alloy structural steels. Different kinds of alloying elements have different influence law on the corrosion resistance of steels. In order to explore the effective method to improve the corrosion resistance of steel, the distribution law of alloying elements in steel as well as its influence mechanism and law on the corrosion resistance of steels were summarized in this paper. The research direction of regulation of the new generation of corrosion resistant steel in China was prospected. It was expected to provide a theoretical reference for the development of corrosion resistance regulation theory of low alloy structural steel and the research and development of a new generation of corrosion resistant low alloy steel in China.
