基于根本原因分析法为指导护理在胃癌患者护理中应用预防术后并发症效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析基于根本原因分析法为指导的护理干预应用于胃癌手术患者护理的效果,探讨其对并发症预防的作用。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月期间在我院普外科行胃癌根治术的80例患者作为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为2组。对照组40例实施常规护理,在此技术上,给予观察组40例基于根本原因分析法为指导的护理干预。比较2组患者的术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况、希望水平、生活质量等。结果观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率7.5%低于对照组25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的希望水平评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于根本原因分析法为指导的护理模式能够有效预防、减少胃癌术后并发症发生风险,改善患者的胃肠功能,提高患者的希望水平和生活质量,有利于改善预后,具有重要的研究价值。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on root cause analysis in patients with gastric cancer surgery,and to explore its role in the prevention of complications.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy in the General Surgery Department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical table.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing care.In this technique,the observation group(n=40)received nursing intervention guided by root cause analysis.The postoperative recovery and complications,the level of hope and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.5%)was lower than that in the control group(25.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of hope level and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model guided by root cause analysis can effectively prevent and reduce the risk of postoperative complications of gastric cancer,improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,and improve their level of hope and quality of life.It is helpful to improve the prognosis and has important research value.
