摘  要:目的利用超膜分离技术和分子印迹技术对延胡索生物碱进行分离。方法以生物碱透过率和高分子截留率为指标,筛选超滤膜、操作压力、料液温度和过膜速率等因素,使用紫外引发聚合制备分子印迹膜,研究其对超滤液中延胡索生物碱的分离性能。结果确定以5μm微滤膜抽滤,在料液温度为29.5℃,操作压力为0.37 MPa,过膜速率为419 mL·min^(-1),使用截留分子量为5000的超滤膜超滤,超滤液比原提取液生物碱含量提高了23%。结论超滤结合分子印迹技术可有效去除延胡索提取液中大分子杂质,提高有效成分含量。Objective To separate the alkaloids from Corydalis Tuber using the ultrafiltration technology and molecular imprinting technique.Methods The permeability of the alkaloids and the retention rate of the polymer were the indicators,and the temperature,pressure,and feed rate were investigated to determine the influence degree of each factor on the permeability and retention rate.To prepare the molecularly imprinted composite membranes(MIM)by UV-initiated polymerization and study the separation performance of Corydalis alkaloids in ultrafiltration.Results The optimized process results were as follows:the liquid temperature was 29.5℃,membrane pressure was 0.37 MPa,the feed rate was 419 mL·min^(-1),and using the ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight of 5000.Conclusion Membrane coupled molecular imprinting technique has a good effect on retaining macromolecules in Corydalis Tuber extract and increasing the content of the active ingredients.
