摘  要:目的:研究红凉伞Ardisia crenata Sims var.bicolor(Walker)根正丁醇部位的三萜类化学成分。方法:正丁醇萃取部位分别采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱及制备HPLC等多种色谱方法进行分离,结合~1H-NMR,C-NMR,MS等波谱技术和相关文献数据对化合物结构进行解析。结果:从红凉伞正丁醇萃取物中分离纯化得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:primulanin(1)、百两金皂苷A(2)、百两金皂苷B(3)、朱砂根皂苷A(4)、朱砂根皂苷C(5)、朱砂根皂苷D(6)、朱砂根皂苷G(7)、朱砂根皂苷K(8)、foegraecumoside D(9)。结论:分离得到的化合物均为五环三萜齐墩果烷衍生物,主要分为12-齐墩果烯型和13β,28-环氧-齐墩果烷型。其中,化合物2、6~9为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从紫金牛属植物中发现。Objective:To study the triterpenoids from the n-butanol extract of the roots of Ardisia crenata var.bicolor.Methods:The n-butanol extract were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,preparative HPLC and other methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by~1H-NMR,C-NMR,MS and literatures data.Results:Nine triterpenoids were isolated and purified from the n-butanol extract of the roots of Ardisia crenata var.bicolor and identified as primulanin(1),ardisiacrispin A(2),ardisiacrispin B(3),ardisicrenoside A(4),ardisicrenoside C(5),ardisicrenoside D(6),ardisianoside G(7),ardisianoside K(8),foegraecumoside D(9),respectively.Conclusion:All of the compounds are pentacyclic triterpenoid oleanolane derivatives,which can be divided into 12-oleanene type and 13β,28-epoxy-oleanane type.Among them,compounds 2,6 to 9 are isolated from Ardisia crenata var.bicolor for the first time,compound 9 is discovered from Ardisia genus for the first time.
