摘 要:目的:从无机元素角度分析青葙子及其混伪品的差异,为青葙子药材质量评价提供参考依据。方法:采用ICP-MS技术测定样品中多种无机元素含量;对数据进行聚类分析、主成分分析,对差异性无机元素进行识别,研究其分布规律,并建立无机元素特征谱。结果:24个无机元素在1~1000μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好。Zn、Al、Sr、Rb、Ba、V元素的平均加样回收率为99.11%~116.26%。聚类分析和主成分分析均可将青葙子及其混伪品分开;筛选出23个共有无机元素并建立了含23个共有无机元素的青葙子及其混伪品的特征谱。筛选出18个差异性显著的元素。结论:该研究建立的ICP-MS测定青葙子等样品中无机元素含量的方法简便、可靠,可为其质量控制提供参考。Objective:To analyze the differences between Celosiae Semen and its adulterants from the terms of inorganic elements,so as to provide reference for quality evaluation of Celosiae Semen.Methods:The contents of various inorganic elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed on the data.Different inorganic elements were identified,and the distribution of inorganic elements was studied.Then the characteristic spectrum of inorganic elements was established.Results:The linear relationship of 24 inorganic elements was good in the concentration range from 1~1000μg/L.The average recoveries of Zn,Al,Sr,Rb,Ba and V ranged from 99.11%to 116.26%.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis could separate Celosiae Semen from its adulterants.23 common inorganic elements were screened out and the characteristic spectrum of Celosiae Semen and its adulterants was established.18 elements with significant differences were screened out.Conclusion:The ICP-MS method established in this study is simple and reliable for the determination of inorganic elements in Celosiae Semen and other samples,which can provide a reference for its quality control.
