摘  要:针对微电网内风电、光伏、储能系统联合出力随机特性,建立风电、光伏时间尺度下联合出力模型,结合新型储能系统灵活出力的特性,搭建考虑充放电特性及寿命衰减特性的储能数学模型,并以降低弃风、弃光量为原则,提出微电网内储能系统控制策略。最后,基于随机生产模拟方法模拟微电网系统运行状态,为储能系统容量规划提供依据。算例结果表明,该方法可提高微电网系统运行经济性和鲁棒性。In this paper,according to the random characteristics of the joint output of wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage systems in the microgrid,the joint output model of wind power and photovoltaic time scale is established.Combined with the flexible output characteristics of the new energy storage system,an energy storage mathematical model considering the charge discharge characteristics and life attenuation characteristics is established.Based on the principle of reducing the amount of wind and photovoltaic rejection,the control strategy of the energy storage system in the microgrid is proposed.Finally,the operation state of microgrid system is simulated based on the stochastic production simulation method,which provides a basis for the capacity planning of energy storage system.The example shows that this method can improve the economy and robustness of microgrid system.
