摘 要:为充分利用配电网资源来延缓投资、降低成本,提出考虑需求响应的配电网重构,通过协调可调度负荷资源和调整配电网中的开关状态,不需增加额外投资,达到优化运行结构、平衡电力负荷、降低网络损耗、提高电压质量的目的。首先对考虑需求响应的配电网重构建立优化模型,以配电网网络损耗最小和需求响应调度成本最小为目标函数,利用改进的支路交换法对配电网的开关状态进行调整,通过改进的牛顿法对重构前后的配电网潮流进行计算,优化配电网的拓扑结构。通过仿真结果可看出,以网络损耗最小化的配电网重构的网络损耗和电压质量优于以需求响应调度成本最小化的情况,而调度成本方面以需求响应调度成本最小化的场景更有优势。To make full use of the power distribution network resources and to defer investment cost,the distribution network reconfiguration considering demand response is proposed.By coordinating the dispatchable load resources and adjusting the switch state in the distribution network,the purpose of optimizing the operation structure,balancing the power load,reducing the network loss and improving the voltage quality is achieved without additional investment.Firstly,an optimization model for distribution network reconfiguration considering demand response is established.The objective function is to minimize the network loss and the demand response scheduling cost,and the switch state of the distribution network is adjusted by using the improved branch exchange method.The improved Newton method is used to calculate the power flow of distribution network before and after reconstruction,and optimize the topology of distribution network.It can be seen from the simulation results that the network loss and voltage quality of the distribution network reconstruction with the network loss minimization are better than that with the demand response scheduling cost minimization,and the scenario with the demand response scheduling cost minimization is more advantageous in the scheduling cost.
