摘 要:典型输电电缆瓷套终端尾管发热多为局部发热,在红外测温图片中表征为集中高亮度热点。针对某110 kV电缆瓷套终端红外测温中发现的尾管直至底座整体发热异常进行了分析,结合终端结构及后续现场抢修过程中发现的该组终端漏油情况,对此类整体发热特征缺陷的形成机理进行了探讨,指出该类终端结构上存在的问题及工艺上可能的诱因,并从结构和工艺上提出了相应的建议。研究结果可为高压输电电缆运维工作提供参考。The typical heating of transmission cable porcelain bushing terminal is mostly local,which is characterized as concentrated high brightness hot spot in infrared temperature measurement photos.In this paper,the abnormal heating of the tail pipe to the base found in the infrared temperature measurement of the porcelain bushing terminal of a 110 kV cable is analyzed.Combined with the terminal structure and the oil leakage of this group of terminals found in the follow-up on-site repair process,the formation mechanism of this kind of overall heating characteristic defect is discussed,and the problems existing in this kind of terminal structure and possible inducements in technology are pointed out.The problems existing in the structure of this kind of terminal and the possible inducements in technology are pointed out,and corresponding suggestions from the structure and technology is put forward.
