摘  要:介绍了某核电站发电机轴电流监测装置存在的问题,包括装置老化、备件停产、设计不完善等缺点,不利于监测装置的可靠运行,并提出了发电机轴电流监测装置优化方案及优化后轴电流监测装置的调试方法。优化后的发电机轴电流监测装置增设轴电流检测模块、轴电流监测互感器和显示屏,增加了录波功能和碳刷检测回路自动检测功能,可有效对碳刷与大轴的接触状态进行检测并实现对轴电流的精确测量和波形记录。当出现过大轴电流时,轴电流监测装置会发出报警至DCS系统,以便维修人员及时进行检修,有利于防范有害轴电流对轴承、轴瓦产生严重损伤。The existing problems of the generator shaft current monitoring device in a nuclear power station are introduced,including the defects of aging device,shutdown of spare parts,imperfect design,etc.,which are not conducive to the reliable operation of the monitoring device.The optimization scheme of the generator shaft current monitoring device and the debugging method of the optimized rear shaft current monitoring device are proposed.The optimized generator shaft current monitoring device adds a shaft current detection module,a shaft current monitoring transformer and a display screen,and adds a wave recording function and an automatic detection function of the carbon brush detection circuit,which can effectively detect the contact state between the carbon brush and the main shaft and realize accurate measurement and waveform recording of the shaft current.When excessive shaft current occurs,the shaft current monitoring device will send an alarm to the DCS system,so that maintenance personnel can perform maintenance in time,which is beneficial to prevent harmful shaft current from causing serious damage to bearings and bearing bushes.
