摘  要:主要针对中国石油独山子石化公司热电厂50 MW双水内冷发电机组铜离子超标的原因及解决措施进行探讨,通过对#3发电机内冷水铜离子超标问题的跟踪、分析,并进行多项试验验证,判断引起发电机内冷水铜离子超标的要因。通过投加铜缓蚀剂、精确控制冷却水的pH值和电导率,彻底解决了冷却水铜离子超标问题。This article mainly aims at in my factory 50MW double water the cold power set cupric ion exceeding the allowed figure reason and the solution measure carries on the discussion,because through to the#3 generator in cold water cupric ion exceeding the allowed figure question track,the analysis,and carries on many experimental confirmation,the judgment causes in the generator cold water cupric ion exceeding the allowed figure to want.Through throws adds the copper corrosion inhibitor,accuracy control cooling water pH and the conductivity,thorough settlement cooling water cupric ion exceeding the allowed figure question.
