摘　　要：华龙一号机组核电站内,上充泵设备故障影响核反应堆系统水位控制、化学控制等功能。为保障重要机械设备的长期健康状态运转,并综合考虑降低设备维保费用、提高电厂设备维保效率,提出结合设备技术层面的状态信息与技术管理工程师关注的后果信息,利用模糊多属性方法制定维修决策的理念,对设备检修行为、检修时机、检修间隔进行合理评估,可为同类电厂上充泵维修决策提供依据,也为其他重要设备检修策略的制定提供思路。In the Hualong No.1 nuclear power plant,failure of charging pump equipment affects water level control,chemical control and other functions of nuclear reactor system.In order to ensure the long-term healthy operation of important machinery and equipment,and to reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and to improve the efficiency of power plant equipment maintenance,the concept of making maintenance decision using fuzzy multi-attribute method is put forward,which combines the status information of the technical level of the equipment with the consequence information that the technical management engineer pays attention to.The reasonable evaluation of equipment maintenance behavior,maintenance time and maintenance interval can provide basis for the maintenance decision of charging pump in similar power plants,and also provide ideas for the formulation of maintenance strategies for other important equipment.
