摘 要:研究了重力铸造下Zn含量对ZCuSn10Pb10合金组织与磨损性能的影响。结果发现,Zn含量在0.1%~1%时Pb颗粒较大且偏聚在枝晶间,在1.0%~1.9%时Pb颗粒细小且分布均匀。Zn含量在0.1%~1.3%时合金的硬度变化不大,Zn含量超过1.3%后,硬度开始下降,Zn含量为1.3%,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率最高。干摩擦条件下,合金的磨损率随着Zn含量的增加呈先增加后减小然后增加趋势,Zn含量为1.3%的合金磨损率最低,磨损测试后铅膜均匀分布在接触面上,起到了良好的润滑作用。低油润滑条件下,合金的摩擦因数和磨损率在Zn含量为0.1%~1.6%时波动不大,Zn含量增加至1.6%以后上升幅度明显。The influence of different zinc contents on the structure and wear properties of ZCuSn10 Pb10 alloy under gravity casting was investigated. The results indicate that Pb particles are large and segregated between the dendrites when the Zn content is in the range of 0.1% to 1%, which are fine and uniformly distributed when the Zn content is in the range of 1% to 1.9%. The hardness of alloy has little change when Zn addition is in the range of 0.1% to 1.3%, which begins to be decreased after the Zn content is over 1.3%. The alloy with the zinc content of 1.3% exhibits desirable tensile strength and elongation. Under dry friction conditions, the wear rate of the alloy presents an increase-decrease-increase trend with the increase of the zinc content, which reaches the minimum with zinc content of 1.3%. After the wear test, the Pb film is evenly distributed on the contact surface, playing a role of lubricant. Under the condition of low oil lubrication, the friction coefficient and wear rate of the alloy are slightly fluctuated when the Zn content is in the range of 0.1%~1.6%, which are increased apparently when the zinc content is over 1.6%.
