摘 要:以天然矿物为原料,Y_(2)O_(3)为烧结助剂,采用无压烧结法原位合成了堇青石-莫来石复相太阳能储热陶瓷。采用XRD,FE-SEM等测试方法系统地研究了样品的结构与性能,探讨了Y_(2)O_(3)对样品烧结性能的影响机理。研究发现,添加少量的Y_(2)O_(3)可有效地改善复相陶瓷的烧结性能,提高致密度和力学性能。当Y_(2)O_(3)添加量为质量分数1.5%时,复相陶瓷样品的吸水率仅为0.02%,体积密度为2.46g/cm^(3),抗折强度达107.07MPa。Y_(2)O_(3)的助烧机理是Y^(3+)进入堇青石晶格中,置换结构中的Mg^(2+),并在堇青石结构中产生间隙O2-缺陷或Mg^(2+)空位缺陷,形成晶格畸变,提高了晶格扩散速率,有利于烧结致密化。Cordierite-mullite composite solar thermal storage ceramics were synthesized via pressureless sintering method by using natural minerals as the raw materials and Y_(2)O_(3)as the sintering additive.The phase composition,microstructure and properties of the samples were systematically investigated.Specially,the effect of the Y_(2)O_(3)content on the sintering property was researched and the relevant mechanism was revealed.It was found that,the sintering property of the composite ceramics could be obviously improved by adding a small amount of Y_(2)O_(3),which further increased the densification and the mechanical properties.Specifically,with 1.5%Y_(2)O_(3)addition,the water absorption,bulk density and bending strength of the composite ceramics reached 0.02%,2.46g/cm^(3)and 107.07MPa,respectively.The sintering mechanism can be described as follows:Mg^(2+)in the structure of cordierite can be replaced by Y^(3+),which results in the lattice defects of interstitial O2-and Mg^(2+)vacancy.As a result,the formation of the above lattice distortion increases the lattice diffusion rate,which improves the sintering densification of the composite ceramics.
