摘 要:以硅锰渣为辅助性胶凝材料,取代普通硅酸盐水泥,制备了硅锰渣泡沫混凝土,通过流变仪、工业显微镜、X射线衍射、热重分析、扫描电镜等手段,研究了硅锰渣掺量对泡沫混凝土微细观结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅锰渣掺量的增多,净浆剪切应力先增加后减小,塑性粘度有不同程度的下降;气孔孔径先减小后增加,90d抗压强度最大值在20%硅锰渣时取得,此时干密度为504kg/m^(3),抗压强度高达4.7MPa,28d导热系数为0.1188W/(m·K)。By replacing cement with silica-manganese slag used as supplementary cementing material,silica-manganese slag foamed concrete was prepared,and the effects of silica-manganese slag on the microstructure,mesostructure and properties of foamed concrete were studied by using rheometer,industrial microscope,X-ray diffraction,derivative thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the shear stress increases first and then decreases with the increase of silica-manganese slag,and the plastic viscosity decreases to different degrees.The air-void size decreases first and then increases,and the maximum value of 90-day compressive strength is obtained at 20%silica-manganese slag content,when the dry density is 504kg/m^(3)and the compressive strength is high to 4.7MPa,and the 28-day thermal conductivity is 0.1188W/(m·K).
