摘  要:目的建立小白蒿的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对照指纹图谱,并与其混淆品大籽蒿、芯芭的化学轮廓比较,为小白蒿与大籽蒿、芯芭替代使用是否合理的问题提供初步依据。方法采用HPLC建立小白蒿的对照指纹图谱,以乙腈(A)-1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱:0~20 min,6%→15%A;20~45 min,15%→25%A;45~60 min,25%→65%A;60~80 min,65%→85%A。流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长360 nm,柱温40℃,进样量10μL。运用标准对照法对小白蒿共有峰进行识别。同时,在上述色谱条件下,分别获得大籽蒿和芯芭的化学轮廓色谱图,然后利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统与小白蒿对照指纹图谱进行相似度评价。结果创建了小白蒿对照指纹图谱,共标定12个共有峰,并结合标准对照法分析,确定了9个峰对应的化合物,分别为绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、金圣草素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、5-羟基-3’,4’-二甲氧基黄-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、5-羟-3’,4’,5’-三甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、槲皮素、木犀草素和山柰酚。与小白蒿对照指纹图谱相似度比较,大籽蒿和芯芭的相似度分别为0.408和0.258。直观分析可知,大籽蒿与小白蒿对照指纹图谱重叠的有4个峰,其峰面积总和占小白蒿对照指纹图谱共有峰总峰面积的39.5%,而与芯芭也有4个共有峰,其峰面积总和占小白蒿对照指纹图谱共有峰总峰面积的18.6%。结论该研究所建立的小白蒿对照指纹图谱对小白蒿是否可被大籽蒿和芯芭替代使用的合理判断具有一定的指导意义。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Artemisia frigida and compare it with the chemical profiles of Artemisia sieversiana and Cymbaria dahurica,so as to provide a preliminary basis for the confused use of Artemisia frigida with Artemisia sieversiana and Cymbaria dahurica.Methods HPLC method was used to establish the reference fingerprint of Artemisia frigida with acetonitrile(A)-1%phosphoric acid solution(B)as mobile phase,gradient elution:0~20 min,6%→15%A;20~45 min,15%→25%A;45~60 min,25%→65%A;60~80 min,65%→85%A.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 360 nm and the injection volume was 10μL.The common peaks were identified by standard control method.At the same time,under the above chromatographic conditions,the chemical profile chromatograms of Artemisia sieversiana and Cymbaria dahurica were obtained respectively,and then the similarity was evaluated by using the Similarity Evaluation System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprints with the reference fingerprint.Results The reference fingerprint of Artemisia frigida was established and 12 common peaks were calibrated.The compounds corresponding to peaks 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 were identified by standard control method as chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin,chrysoeriol-4’-O-β-D-glucoside,5-hydroxy-3’,4’-dimethoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide,5-hydroxy-3’,4’,5’-trimethoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide,quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol,respectively.Compared with the reference fingerprint of Artemisia frigida,the similarity of Artemisia sieversiana and Cymbaria dahurica were 0.408 and 0.258,respectively.Visual analysis showed that there were four overlapping peaks in the chemical profile chromatogram of Artemisia sieversiana with the reference fingerprint of Artemisia frigida,and their total peak area accounted for 39.5%of the total peak area of the common peaks in the the reference fingerprint of Artemisia frigida,and there were also four overlapping peaks in the chemical profile chromatogram of Cy
