南、北五味子古今产地和功效考证及现代鉴别技术研究

摘　　要：五味子为中医临床常用中药材。当前中药五味子临床使用相对混乱,对南、北五味子尚未明确区分。该文通过查阅古今本草书籍、历代《中华人民共和国药典》和现代文献资料,系统梳理南、北五味子古今产地和功效的历史沿革,归纳整理现代鉴别技术,分析其历代临床应用的特点和规律,根据五味子产地和功效的本草考证和现代药理证实,厘清两者的共同点和区别,确保五味子用药的准确性。总结出自明清时期,已存在南、北五味子之分,其产地各异,功效相似,主治不同,各有侧重,北五味子善治虚损劳伤,南五味子偏于风寒咳嗽,并可经多种现代鉴别技术印证,二者活性成分种类和含量、药理作用和临床应用均存在差异。该文为五味子的现代研究与临床应用提供本草文献参考,为科学指导南、北五味子的区划种植提供理论依据。Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic. At present,the clinical use of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)is relatively chaotic,and there is no clear distinction between southern and northern Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).By consulting ancient and modern herbal books,Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and modern literature,this paper systematically combs the historical evolution of the ancient and modern origin and efficacy of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)in the south and north,summarizes and sorts out modern identification techniques,analyzes the characteristics and laws of its clinical application in the past dynasties,and clarifies their similarities and differences according to the herbal textual research of the origin and efficacy of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)and modern pharmacological confirmation.To ensure the accuracy of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)medication. To sum up,since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)has been divided into southern and northern Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),with different producing areas,similar effects,different indications and different emphasis. Northern Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)is good at treating virtual injury and strain,and southern Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)is partial to wind cold cough,which can be confirmed by a variety of modern identification techniques. There are differences in the types and contents of active components,pharmacological action and clinical application. This paper provides a reference for the modern research and clinical application of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),and provides a theoretical basis for scientific guidance of the regional planting of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)in the south and north.
