摘　　要：研究通过主流本草调研,梳理瞿麦的药名、来源、性味归经、功用几方面的历史沿革。基于历史文献记载,包括《本草纲目》在内的本草书籍详细记载了瞿麦穗及叶分别有不同的治疗作用,入药应以地上部分更为合理。本草文献分别根植于“法于阴阳,合于术数”及“取类比象”的哲学思想,分析详述了瞿麦在夏、秋二季采收更契合其临床疗效的发挥。现代临床很少用到瞿麦疗痈肿、止霍乱等本草文献中记载的作用,该文为进一步开发和利用中药瞿麦提供理论依据,使其更好地应用于临床实践。Through the investigation of mainstream herbal medicine,this research combs the historical evolution of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)name,source,property,flavor,meridian entry,and functions. Based on historical records,herbal books including Compendium of Materia Medica have detailed records of the different therapeutic effects of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)ears and leaves,and it is more reasonable to use the above-ground part as medicine. Materia medica literature is rooted in the philosophical thoughts of“dharma in Yin and Yang,in accordance with the number of operations”and“analysis of analogy”. The analysis detailed that the harvest of Qumai(Dianthi Herba)in summer and autumn is more in line with its clinical efficacy. In modern clinical practice,Qumai(Dianthi Herba)is rarely used to treat carbuncle,stop cholera and other herbal documents. This research also provides a theoretical basis for the further development and use of Chinese medicine Qumai(Dianthi Herba),so that it can be better applied in clinical practice.
