摘　　要：在城市更新的背景下,从用地性质与空间尺度两方面分类分析零星地块的现状与成因,总结现有零星地块在城市更新视角下存在的特殊性问题,并以问题为导向结合中央政府推出的“生态修复、城市修补”城市双修的发展理念,提出中心城区零星地块可持续更新设计的有效策略。在城市设计层面结合该场地的社会价值、生态价值和空间价值研究零星地块空间再生的可行性方法,以期实现城市零星地块空间再生的科学性和策略创新。In the context of urban renewal, from the two aspects of land use nature and spatial scale, this paper analyzes the status quo and causes of sporadic plots, summarizes the special problems existing in the existing sporadic plots from the perspective of urban renewal, and puts forward effective strategies for the sustainable renewal design of sporadic plots in central urban areas based on the problem oriented development trend of "ecological restoration and urban repair" launched by the central government. At the urban design level, combining the social value, ecological value and spatial value of the site, the feasibility method of space regeneration of sporadic plots is studied, aiming to provide scientific and methodological innovation for the research of urban sporadic plots renewal.
