摘　　要：目的总结分析四川省创建健康企业的考评资料,为后续健康企业创建工作提供借鉴。方法收集汇总2021年度参加四川省健康企业考评的47家企业验收评分表,进行统计描述,比较得分差异,采用方差分析比较不同门类及规模企业间的平均得分差异,采用卡方检验比较不同类别考核指标间得分率差异,检验水准α=0.05。结果2021年度健康企业共计47家,考评一次性通过率为91.49%(43/47),不同规模及不同行业门类的企业考评平均得分差异均无统计学意义(F=0.34,1.74,P均>0.05)。不同评估类别中,环境健康管理、健康管理与服务及企业健康文化的得分率低于健康管理制度及健康促进与干预部分(χ^(2)=36.34,P<0.001)。具体单项指标中,得分率最低的指标为开展职业健康针对性人群健康指导(35.53%)、实施员工健康分类管理和指导(41.76%)、心理健康服务及心理咨询室建立(68.44%)。得分率最高的指标为保障和落实健康企业建设工作经费(100.00%)、不雇佣未成年人,女职工劳动保护(100.00%)。结论参评企业普遍重视健康企业建设,健康管理与服务类别中的职业健康和公众健康的定期评估、实施分类管理、针对性指导、心理健康服务及心理咨询室设置为建设中的薄弱环节,病媒生物防制及企业健康文化也是健康企业创建中需要关注的问题。Objective To summarize and analyze the evaluation data of health enterprises established in Sichuan Province,and to provide reference for the subsequent establishment of health enterprises.Methods The acceptance score sheets of 47 enterprises that participated in the evaluation of health enterprises in Sichuan Province in 2021 were collected and summarized for statistical description and comparison of score differences.Analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in average scores among enterprises of different categories and sizes,and Chi-square test was used to compare the difference in score rate among different categories of assessment indicators,with the test level of 0.05.Results There were 47 health enterprises in 2021,and the one-time pass rate of evaluation was 91.49%(43/47).There was no statistically significant difference in the average score of evaluation of enterprises of different sizes and different industries(F=0.34,1.74,P>0.05).Among different evaluation categories,the score rates of environmental health management,health management and service,and enterprise health culture were lower than those of health management system and health promotion and intervention(χ^(2)=36.34,P<0.01).Among the specific individual indicators,the index with the lowest score rate was the health guidance of occupational health targeted population(35.53%),followed by the implementation of classified health management and guidance for employees(41.76%),and the establishment of mental health services and psychological consultation rooms(68.44%).The index with the highest score rate was to guarantee and implement the funds for the construction of healthy enterprises(100.00%),not to employ minors,and to protect the labor of female workers(100.00%).Conclusions The enterprises participating in the evaluation generally paid attention to the construction of healthy enterprises.In the category of health management and services,regular assessment of occupational health and public health,implementation of classified man
