摘　　要：目的 评估四川省饮水型地方性砷中毒防控成效,为调整防控措施提供依据。方法 按照《四川省饮水型地方性砷中毒消除评价实施方案》的要求,2020年在甘孜州稻城县、雅江县和阿坝州金川县3个县10个高砷村调查改水工程运转情况、水砷含量情况、地砷病患病情况等,开展饮水型地方性砷中毒消除评价工作。结果 饮水型地方性砷中毒高砷村改水率为100%,改水工程正常运转率为100%,饮用水水砷含量中位数为0.003 mg/L,水砷含量合格率为100%,检查了1 955人,检出病人6人,患病率为0.31%,病人均为轻度,无中、重度病人,未发现新发病人。结论 四川省饮水型地方性砷中毒防控措施有效,已达到消除标准,还应继续采取积极的防控措施,确保保持持续消除状态。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control of drinking water-type endemic arsenic poisoning in Sichuan Province,and to provide a basis for adjustment of prevention and control measures. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation Plan for Elimination Evaluation of Endemic Arsenism in Drinking Water of Sichuan Province”, the elimination evaluation of endemic arsenism in drinking water was carried out in 10 villages with high arsenic content in Daocheng, Yajiang and Jinchuan these 3 counties, and the operation situation of water improvement project,arsenic content in water and incidence of endemic arsenism were investigated in 2020. Results The water source replacement rate of drinking water endemic arsenism high arsenic villages was 100%, and the normal operation rate of the water impovement project was 100%. The median arsenic content in drinking water was 0.003 mg/L,and the qualified rate of arsenic content in water was 100%. About 1 955 people were examined,and 6 patients were detected, the prevalence rate was 0.31%. All patients were mild, no moderate or severe patients and no new cases were found. Conclusions The prevention and control measures of water-borne endemic arsenic poisoning in Sichuan Province are effective and they have reached the elimination standard. Active prevention and control measures should be taken to ensure the continuous elimination.
