摘  要:锰是动物必需的一种微量元素,对鸡蛋蛋品质有重要影响。蛋鸡日粮中锰缺乏会导致蛋壳变薄、易碎、表面粗糙,甚至出现无壳蛋等现象,造成蛋品质下降。目前生产中多以无机锰形式补充锰,但是家禽对无机锰的利用率低,大量锰通过粪便排入环境。锰与氨基酸、蛋白质等螯合后具有吸收率高、生物学效价高等优点,可以替代日粮中的无机锰,减轻环境污染。文章综述了锰的来源与分类、吸收代谢过程、锰对蛋品质的影响及调控机制等,以期为锰在蛋鸡生产中合理有效利用提供理论基础。Manganese is an essential trace element for animals which has an important impact on egg quality.Deficiency of manganese in the di⁃et of laying hens could lead to thinning,brittle,rough surface,and even shellless eggs,resulting in reduced egg quality.At present,manga⁃nese is mostly supplemented in the form of inorganic manganese in production,but the utilization rate of inorganic manganese by poultry is low,and a large amount of manganese is discharged into the environment through feces.Manganese has the advantages of high absorption rate and high biological titer after chelating with amino acids and proteins,which could replace inorganic manganese in diets and reduce environmental pollution.This paper reviewed the sources and classification of manganese,the absorption and metabolism process,the effects of manganese on egg quality and the regulation mechanism,etc.,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational and effective utilization of manganese in laying hens.
