摘　　要：冷冻猫精液可以保存优秀公猫的基因,当与人工授精技术相结合后,可以跨越时间、空间进行繁育,从而提高繁殖效益。精液在冷冻保存过程中会因为各种原因导致精子细胞受到损伤,精子质量降低。精液稀释剂可以减少精液在保存过程中受到的伤害,从而提高精子质量,因此对于精液保存十分重要。但目前关于猫精液稀释剂的研究还不够成熟。因此,文章针对家猫精液稀释剂现有类型、基本组成及其他有利于提高精液质量的添加物进行了综述,以期为后续开发家猫精液稀释剂及保存一些濒危野生猫科动物的精液提供参考。Frozen male cat semen can preserve the genes of elite male cats.When combined with artificial insemination technology,breeding can be carried out without the limitation of time and space,so as to improve reproductive benefits.In the process of semen cryopreservation,sperm cells could be damaged for various reasons and the quality of sperm will be reduced.Semen diluents are important for semen preservation be⁃cause they improve sperm quality by reducing the damage done to semen during storage.However,the current research on cat semen thinner is not mature enough.Therefore,this article reviewed the existing types,basic composition and other additives of domestic cat semen diluents which were beneficial to improve semen quality,in order to provide reference for the subsequent development of domestic cat semen diluent and the preservation of semen of some endangered wild cats.
