摘 要:目的分析游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、makorin环指蛋白3(MKRN3)及25-羟维生素D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]在特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童中的表达及相关性。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在台州市第一人民医院接受治疗的70例ICPP女童患儿为观察组,同时期在该院体检的70例健康儿童为对照组。采用化学发光法检测FT_(4)、25-(OH)D_(3)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)表达水平,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测MKRN3表达水平。结果FT_(4)、25-(OH)D_(3)在Tanner分期不断升高,MKRN3在Tanner分期不断降低(P<0.05)。观察组FT_(4)、FSH、LH及E_(2)表达水平高于对照组,MKRN3、25-(OH)D_(3)低于对照组(P<0.05)。FT_(4)与FSH、LH、E_(2)呈正相关(P<0.05),MKRN3、25-(OH)D_(3)与FSH、LH、E_(2)呈负相关(P<0.05)。ROC分析FT_(4)、25-(OH)D_(3)、MKRN3预测ICPP的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.692、0.713、0.774、0.792。结论在ICPP女童中FT_(4)高表达,MKRN3、25-(OH)D_(3)低表达;高表达FT_(4),低表达MKRN3、25-(OH)D_(3)是ICPP女童发病的风险因子,三项联合检测在ICPP的诊断中应用价值更高。Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of free thyroxine(FT_(4)),makorin ring finger protein 3(MKRN3),25-dihydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods This article selects 70 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 as the observation group,and 70 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Chemiluminescence was used.The level of FT_(4),25-(OH)D_(3),E_(2),FSH,and LH was detected by the method,and the level of MKRN3 was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results FT_(4) and 25-(OH)D_(3)kept increasing in Tanner staging,while MKRN3 kept decreasing in Tanner staging(P<0.05).The expression of FT_(4),FSH,LH,E_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and MKRN3 and 25-(OH)D_(3) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).FT_(4) was positively correlated with FSH,LH,E_(2)(P<0.05),and MKRN3,25-(OH)D_(3)was negatively correlated with FSH,LH,E_(2)(P<0.05).ROC analysis of FT_(4),25-(OH)D_(3),and MKRN3 predicted the area under the curve(AUC)of idiopathic central precocious puberty to be 0.692,0.713,0.774,0.792,respectively.Conclusion High expression of FT_(4) and low expression of MKRN3 and 25-(OH)D_(3) in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty;high expression of FT_(4) and low expression of MKRN3 and 25-(OH)D_(3) are risk factors for girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty,The combined detection of three items is more valuable in the diagnosis of idiopathic central precocious puberty.
