摘  要:目的探究妊娠期高血压患者血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)水平与微血管损伤及心功能的关系。方法选取2018年10月—2020年3月在温州市中西医结合医院就诊的100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究组,50例正常妊娠者作为对照组。研究组根据疾病轻重分为妊娠期高血压组43例、子痫前期组37例及子痫组20例,分别检测所有入组患者的血浆BNP和纤维连接蛋白水平,评估微血管损伤以及心脏功能,并分析其之间的关系。结果对照组和妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组、子痫组患者的年龄、孕周、产次及体质指数方面对比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组及子痫组患者的血浆BNP和FN水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05),子痫组患者血浆BNP和FN水平高于妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组(P<0.05);对照组孕妇的心功能明显高于妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组及子痫组患者(P<0.05);子痫组患者心功能低于妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组(P<0.05);血浆BNP与微血管损伤无相关性(P>0.05),与心功能指标每分钟搏出量(SV)、心搏出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF)及E/A呈正相关(P<0.05),纤维连接蛋白与微血管损伤呈正相关(P<0.05),与心功能指标SV、CO、CI、EF及E/A无相关性(P>0.05)。结论在临床上,妊娠期高血压患者血浆BNP和FN水平增高,血浆BNP与心功能指标SV、CO、CI、EF及E/A呈正相关,FN与微血管损伤呈正相关,检测血浆BNP和FN有利于预测疾病的发展,提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床中进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the effects of plasma BNP and fibronectin levels on microvascular damage and cardiac function in pa⁃tients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 100 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who were treated in Wenzhou Hos⁃pital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research group,and 50 normal pregnant patients who received physical examination were selected as the control group.The research group was divided into hyperten⁃sion during pregnancy according to the severity of the disease Group 43 cases,preeclampsia group 37 cases,and eclampsia group 20 ca⁃ses.The plasma BNP and fibronectin levels of all patients in the group were detected,microvascular damage and cardiac function were evalu⁃ated,and the relationship between them was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in age,gestational age,parity,and body mass index between the control group and the pregnancy-induced hypertension group,preeclampsia group,and eclampsia group(P>0.05);the pregnancy-induced hypertension group,eclampsia The levels of plasma BNP and fibronectin(FN)in the pre-eclampsia group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of plasma BNP and fibronectin(FN)in the eclampsia group were higher than those of pregnancy-induced hypertension The heart function of the control group was significantly higher than that of the pregnan⁃cy-induced hypertension group,the preeclampsia group,and the eclampsia group(P<0.05);the heart function of the eclampsia group was The function is lower than that of the pregnancy-induced hypertension group and the preeclampsia group(P<0.05);plasma BNP has no correlation with microvascular damage(P>0.05),and is positive with the cardiac function indexes SV,CO,CI,EF,E/A Correlation(P<0.05),fibronectin was positively correlated with microvascular damage(P<0.05),and had no correlation with cardiac function inde⁃xes SV,CO,CI,EF,E/A(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the levels of pla
