摘 要:详细分析了镐型截齿安装角对其受力和截煤的影响,在此基础上,导出了煤质、截齿主要参数与安装角的定量关系,从而导出齿身与煤体不发生干涉的理论设计条件。通过单齿截煤试验,进一步证明了理论分析的正确性,得到了齿身与煤体存在干涉时,对截割阻力的大小、变化规律、和成分构成的影响程度,解决了长期以来镐型截齿安装布置缺乏理论根据的问题,对于镐型齿的参数设计和截齿安装布置有着指导意义。On the basis of detailed analyzes of the influence installation angle of pick-shaped cutter on its force and cutting coal, the theory design conditions without interferences between tooth adapter and coal wall according to a certain relation the main paramenters and installing angles of cutting teeth and coal qualities is introduced in this paper. The validity of theory analysis is further proved through single tooth cutting coal experiment, and the long-term problem of lacking theory basis for the installation and arrangement of pick-shaped cutter is resolved from the magnitude of cutting resistance, alternation rule and the influence extent to the components formation when interferences between tooth adapter and coal wall exist, so that it has guide meaning to the parameters design of pick-shaped cutter and cutters?installation and arrangement.
