摘　　要：新修订的《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》对建立和实行跨省道路运输动物指定通道管理制度作出了明确规定。本文以安康市为例,就目前跨省道路运输动物指定通道动物卫生监督检查站的设立及运行管理工作中存在的人员力量薄弱、经费不足、监管难度大等主要问题进行了梳理,并从加强基础设施建设、合理配置值守人员、加大经费投入力度、建立部门协作机制、落实终端监管责任、健全完善管理制度等方面提出了对策建议。The establishment and implementation of the system for transporting animals via designated pathways were specified in the newly revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention. In the paper,taking Ankang City as an example,the main problems,such as insufficient personnel,lack of funds,difficulties in supervision and others found during the establishment and management of animal health supervision and inspection stations for transporting animals via designated pathways were summarized,then countermeasures were proposed on how to strengthen infrastructure construction,reasonably allocate personnel on duty,increase investment,establish a cooperation mechanism among various departments,implement supervision responsibilities for end users,and improve the management system.
