华人政治性社团助推华社融入的作用研究--以英国华人参政计划为例

摘　　要：论文以“英国华人参政计划”这一华人政治性社团为观察对象,探讨其助力英国华社融入的路径与作用。“英国华人参政计划”作为华人政治性社团,始终以推进英国华人参政和社会融入为宗旨。该组织从个人、群体和国家制度层面着手,通过提升华人人力资本,拓展华人社会资本,率领华人维权、改善华人制度环境等方式,推进华社融入。而“华人参政计划”的努力,既积累了华人的政治资本,改善了华人社会网络结构和移民制度环境,又培育了华人的规则意识,从政治和社会层面助推了华社融入。Through the lens of the British Chinese Project,this paper examines the way in which Chinese migrants adapt and integrate into British society.The BCP is an ethnic Chinese political association encouraging Chinese to participate into the politics of Britain.It concentrates on advancing Chinese human resources and increasing Chinese social capital and leads Chinese migrants to safeguard their civil rights and improve the institutional environment surrounding them.Meanwhile,the BCP is also dedicated to promoting and cultivating a law-abiding belief within the Chinese migrant community.At multiple levels from Chinese individuals to the Chinese community and to the entire British society as whole,the BCP has made valuable contributions to the social cohesion and political wellbeing of Britain.
