摘 要:肾素-血管紧张素系统(Renin-angiotensin system, RAS)的过度激活在高血压、心力衰竭的发生发展中起着重要作用,研究表明,RAS系统的所有已知成分,包括血管紧张素肽、特定受体,以及代谢过程所需的酶已经在大脑中被确定。脑RAS系统参与高血压、心肌梗死后心力衰竭的调控。脑氨基肽酶A(Aminopeptidase A,APA)抑制剂能够抑制脑血管紧张素Ⅲ(AngiotensinⅢ,AngⅢ)的合成,可能是治疗顽固性高血压、防治急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭的新靶点。本文就相关研究进展进行综述。It is the excessive activation of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS)that plays an important role in the development of hypertension and heart failure.Recent studies have shown that all known components of the RAS system, including angiotensin peptides, specific receptors and enzymes required for metabolic processes, have been identified in the brain.Besides, brain RAS system is involved in the regulation of hypertension and heart failure after myocardial infarction.Brain aminopeptidase A(APA)inhibitor can inhibit the synthesis of brain angiotensin Ⅲ(AngⅢ),which may be a new target for the treatment of refractory hypertension and the prevention and treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.This paper reviews the relevant research progress.
