针刺太冲、太溪穴降低血压对自发性高血压大鼠认知功能和海马神经元凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针刺太冲、太溪穴对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及认知功能的调节改善作用。方法通过随机区组设计,运用针刺作为干预手段,测量SHR及WKY大鼠的血压,用Y型迷宫测试学习记忆能力,最终进行病理学检测。结果针刺SHR太冲、太溪穴,可有效延缓SHR在11周龄后血压的持续升高,但并不能将其血压降低至对照组WKY大鼠水平。可有效提高SHR在Y型迷宫中的学习次数,但对记忆次数的提升并不显著。针刺可有效预防SHR海马神经元的凋亡,并通过防止尼氏体减少。结论针刺太冲太溪穴能够有效减缓SHR血压上升趋势,对其学习记忆能力的改善有一定效果,并且经过组织病理学证实了针刺对预防海马神经元凋亡起到了积极的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi points on the regulation of blood pressure and cognitive function in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs).Methods The randomized block design was used to intervene the blood pressure of SHR and WKY rats by acupuncture. The learning and memory ability of rats were tested by Y-maze, and pathological examination was finally carried out.Results Acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi points effectively delayed the continuous increase of blood pressure in SHR after 11 weeks of age, but not reduced their blood pressure to the level of WKY rats in control group. It effectively improved the number of learning of SHR in Y-maze, but the improvement of memory frequency was not significant. Acupuncture effectively prevented the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in SHR and prevented the reduction of nissl.Conclusions Acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi points could effectively slow the rising trend of SHR blood pressure, and it has certain effect on the improvement of learning and memory ability and it has been confirmed by histopathology that acupuncture plays a positive role in preventing hippocampal neuronal apoptosis.
