摘　　要：随着BIM、AI(人工智能)、IoT(物联网)、大数据等新技术的应用,建筑智能化行业迎来飞速发展。本文以具体项目为例,结合我司智能化行业的实践经验,介绍融合BIM、AI、IoT等新技术的可视化智慧管理平台的顶层设计思路。With the application of new technologies such as BIM,AI(artificial intelligence),IoT(Internet of Things)and big data,the building intelligence industry has ushered in rapid development.This paper takes specific projects as an example,combines with the practical experience of our company in intelligence industry,and introduces the top-level design ideas of the visualization intelligent management platform that integrates new technologies such as BIM,AI,and IoT.
