摘  要:本研究通过三点弯曲试验研究了不同养护龄期下,形状记忆合金纤维(SMAF)闭合水泥基材料裂缝方面的性能。实验结果表明:SMAF的加入可显著提高试件的开裂强度和抗弯强度,且随着养护龄期的增加,开裂强度和抗弯强度逐渐提高,SMAF-FRCC-28d试件具有最大开裂强度和抗弯强度。SMAF与FRCC有良好的协同作用,SMAF产生的恢复应力可有效提高裂缝恢复率;试件的裂缝恢复率与养护龄期有关,SMAF-FRCC-28d试件的裂缝恢复率最优,为12.6%。This study investigates the crack performance of shape memory alloy fiber(SMAF)sealing cementitious materials under different concrete curing ages by three-point bending test.The experimental results show that the addition of SMAF can significantly improve the cracking strength and bending strength of the tested specimen,and with the increase of concrete curing age,the cracking strength and bending strength gradually increase,and the SMAF-FRCC-28d specimen has the maximum cracking strength and bending strength.SMAF has a good synergistic effect with FRCC,and the recovery stress generated by SMAF can effectively improve the crack recovery rate;The crack recovery rate of the tested specimen is related to the concrete curing age,and the crack recovery rate of SMAF-FRCC-28d specimen is the best,12.6%.
