摘 要:可靠性工程在武器装备及航空航天领域应用广泛,而且已形成标准规范。核电厂一直强调安全性,在设计建造一座核电厂安全性设计分析必不可少。但是可靠性设计在核电厂的应用研究甚少,本文按照国军标中可靠性的定义,对照定义了核电厂的可靠性,根据给出的核电厂定量指标,借鉴已有的经验数据,综合权衡给出核电厂的可靠度指标,然后根据现有数据,利用可靠性分配方法中的比例组合法,得到核电厂相关设备可靠性指标。该方法可简便、准确地计算出各单元的可靠度,使系统(设备)设计者在满足核电厂总指标可靠度条件下,明确自己的任务要求,合理的设计、选材和生产,设法达到系统(设备)的可靠性要求。Standard specifications have been formed since reliability engineering is widely used in the weapon equipment and aerospace fields.Safety is so important that safety analysis is indispensable in the design and building of a nuclear power plant.For the first time, this paper applied reliability distribution into nuclear power plant.By quoting the definition of reliability in military standard, a definition of reliability of nuclear power plant is proposed.According to the given quantitative indicators and previous experience data, a reliability index of the nuclear power plant is integrated tradeoff given.Furtherly, based on the definition of nuclear power plant reliability and owned materials so far, reliability index of different equipment in the nuclear power plant can be calculated by proportion composition reliability distribution method.The reliability of each unit can be simply and accurately calculated by the given method.So in the condition of satisfying the reliability index of the nuclear power plant, the system designer can specify detailed requirements, including designing, choice of material and manufactures, to satisfy the demand of reliability of whole system.
