摘　　要：随着BIM的快速发展,BIM技术已在工程计量中普遍运用,从目前BIM技术在精细化工程计量管理中使用情况及问题入手,以实际工程案例为分析,讨论基于Revit平台BIM技术精细化计量管理模式,并对该模式工作原理、注意的问题、技术措施进行详细论述。解决目前工程中算量模型重复建立、模型与设计管理性差等问题,有效在项目初期对算量造价信息进行控制。With the rapid development of BIM,BIM Technology has been widely used in engineering measurement.Starting with the current use and problems of BIM Technology in fine engineering measurement management,this paper discusses the fine measurement management mode of BIM Technology and discusses in detail of the working principle,problems and technical measures of this mode.Solve the problems of repeated establishment of calculation model and poor management of model and design in the current project,and effectively control of the calculation cost information in the initial stage of the project.
