地下综合管廊项目不平衡报价策略的应用

摘　　要：随着我国对城市地下综合管廊的需求不断增加,其竞争变得越来越激烈。但是随着施工工艺的成熟完善,通过一味降低投标价来获取中标也越来越难,当所有企业的投标价趋于一致时就需要更好的招投标策略来为企业获取中标机会,本文以不平衡报价为主要方法,对城市地下综合管廊工程招投标中不平衡报价的策略进行研究,利用博弈论相关理论,针对城市地下综合管廊提出5种不平衡方法,从而证实不平衡报价对于城市地下综合管廊的应用可行性,为工程企业提供参考和建议。With the increasing demand of urban underground comprehensive pipeline in our country,the competition becomes more and more fierce.But with the maturity of the construction technology,it is more and more difficult to obtain the winning bid by simply reducing the bid price.When the bid price of all enterprises tends to be the same,better bidding strategy is needed to obtain the winning bid opportunity for the enterprise,based on the method of unbalanced quotation,this paper studies the strategy of unbalanced quotation in the bidding of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project,and makes use of the game theory,this paper puts forward five kinds of unbalanced methods for urban underground utility tunnel,which proves the feasibility of unbalanced quotation for urban underground utility tunnel,and provides reference and suggestions for engineering enterprises.
