摘  要:地下室抗浮常见的措施有增加底板配重、抗浮桩和抗浮锚杆,抗浮锚杆相对于前两种措施具有造价低、施工方便和受力合理等诸多优点。但是,抗浮锚杆容易出现的问题就是防水节点易渗漏。本文以绍兴市某项目基础底板抗浮施工为依托,对原有抗浮锚杆防水节点的设计进行了优化,最终结果表明,优化后的防水做法既保证了防水的效果,提高了施工效率,还为项目大大节省了施工成本。The common anti floating measures for basement are to increase the floor weight,anti floating pile and anti floating anchor bolt.Compared with the first two measures,anti floating anchor bolt has many advantages such as low cost,convenient construction and reasonable stress.However,the problem that anti floating anchor is easy to appear is that waterproof joints are easy to leak.Based on the anti floating construction of the foundation slab of a project in Shaoxing,this paper optimizes the design of the original anti floating anchor waterproof node.The final result shows that the optimized waterproof method not only ensures the waterproof effect,improves the construction efficiency,but also saves the construction cost for the project.
