摘　　要：随着ICT(Information Communication Technology)数字技术的不断发展,以数字化、智能化、网络化为核心的科技革命正影响着全球经济,促使全球进入ICT数字经济时代。在ICT数字经济背景下,新业态与新产业纷纷涌出,为社会经济发展提供了新的方向,注入了新的活力。目前我国正处于增长转型升级阶段,经济增长从外延式增长模式为主变为内涵式增长方式、优化产业结构的重要时期,如何顺应经济发展内在逻辑,把握好经济增长的关键点是目前社会经济发展需要重点研究的课题。基于此,本文针对ICT数字经济背景下经济增长转型路径进行研究,为推动高质量经济发展提供参考依据。With the continuous development of ICT(Information Communication Technology)digital technology,the scientific and technological revolution with digitalization,intelligence and networking as the core is affecting the global economy and promoting the world to enter the ICT digital economy era.In the context of ICT digital economy,new business types and new industries emerge one after another,providing a new direction for social and economic development and injecting new vitality.At present,China is in the stage of growth transformation and upgrading.It is an important period for economic growth to change from the extensional growth mode to the connotative growth mode and optimize the industrial structure.How to comply with the internal logic of economic development and grasp the key points of economic growth is a key topic for social and economic development.Based on this,this paper studies the path of economic growth transformation under the ICT digital economy background to provide a reference for promoting high-quality economic development.
