摘 要:旨在分析新疆某规模化猪场大肠埃希氏菌耐药情况,为其临床治疗提供依据。采集某规模化猪场动物源和环境源样本240份,分离、纯化并鉴定大肠埃希氏菌,采用K-B法对临床常用18种抗菌药物进行药敏试验,同时对相关药物耐药基因进行检测。经分离、纯化、生化鉴定得到大肠埃希氏菌182株。分离菌株药敏试验结果显示,敏感率在头孢噻呋钠为100%、庆大霉素为71.2%、卡那霉素为69.1%、氟苯尼考为68.2%、氨苄西林为64.3%,耐药率在青霉素和四环素为100%、林可霉素为71.3%、阿莫西林为67.6%、复方新诺明为67%、链霉素为58.2%、磺胺甲恶唑为57.3%。分离菌株耐药基因检出率显示,tetB为96.2%、floR为95.5%、tetA为84.1%、aadA为80.8%、aac(6′)-Ib为72.0%、strA为70.9%、qnrS为68.1%、ermC为59.0%、sul3为57.1%、qnrB为53.3%、qnrA为51.6%。结果表明,该猪场大肠埃希氏菌耐药情况严重,并携带多种耐药基因。In order to analyze the resistance of Escherichia coli in a large-scale pig farm in Xinjiang and provide a basis for its clinical treatment,240 samples of animal and environmental sources from a large-scale pig farm were collected.Escherichia coli were isolated,purified and identified.The K-B method was use to conduct drug susceptibility tests to 18 commonly used antimicrobials in clinical practice,and the relevant drug resistance genes were detected at the same time.The results showed that 182 strains of Escherichia coli were obtained after isolation,purification and biochemical identification.The results of the drug sensitivity test of the isolated strains showed that the sensitive rate of ceftiofur sodium is 100%,gentamicin is 71.2%,kanamycin is 69.1%,florfenicol is 68.2%,and ampicillin is 64.3%.The rates of penicillin and tetracycline are 100%,lincomycin is 71.3%,amoxicillin is 67.6%,compound trimethoprim is 67%,streptomycin is 58.2%,and sulfamethoxazole is 57.3%.The detection rate of resistant genes in isolated strains showed that tetB is 96.2%,floR is 95.5%,tetA is 84.1%,aadA is 80.8%,aac(6′)-Ib is 72.0%,strA is 70.9%,and qnrS is 68.1%,ErmC is 59.0%,sul3 is 57.1%,qnrB is 53.3%,and qnrA is 51.6%.The results showed that the drug resistance of E.coli in this pig farm is serious and carries multiple resistance genes.
